He holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Andy has managed HR functions in various industries, and has spent 10 years directing the training department at a leading human resource and talent management software company. He has created and delivered training to customers from many fortune 500 companies.
