The Alliant Human Resources Audit is an analysis of your current HR efforts. The goal is to identify areas in need of improvement so that your HR function can become efficient, effective, and compliant.

The end result of the audit is a report that will outline those areas in which Alliant Human Resources can help you improve your overall HR function. A post-audit meeting will be held in which a recommendation of services will be presented for consideration.
